Official pages assign passenger operations to the 152nd Logistics Readiness Squadron Aerial Port and list a 152nd Small Air Terminal among wing units. The same wing operates C-130s equipped with the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System for wildland fire support. This Reno desk is an Air National Guard passenger function, not Nellis Air Force Base.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The Space-A page does not print gate names or gate hours. Do not invent a named gate from blogs. CAC / DoD ID holders use an open vehicle-access gate. Retirees and dependents without current installation access should not assume a Sunday 0330 walk-up. Confirm with Passenger Operations (775) 788-4774 before you drive. This FAQ did not call.

How do I sign up for Space-A?

Email 152.aw.C130.Reservations.org@us.af.mil. Official required block: sponsor Name, Rank, and Service affiliation; DoD ID is not mandatory. All dependents traveling with the sponsor must be identified by name (DoD ID or passport number optional). Print a copy of your sent e-mail and keep it in your possession during your travels.

The same page also reprints generic AMC template language (in-person, fax, postal mail, email, Air Force Connect App, “AMC Passenger Terminal”). Reno is not on the HQ AMC 40-location form and is not on the live AMC directory. Treat the local mailbox as the verified signup path; do not assume the March 2026 AMC Self-Signup Tool or Connect App is wired for this ANG aerial port. How and when do I mark present?

Generic template on the official page: Space-A passengers can check-in at the counter to mark yourself present. Remote email is not presence. Not published as a separate PE 24-hour clock (not a PE gateway). Active-duty Space-A (official page): Category-3 with dependents while on leave; sponsor must be in a valid leave status within the dates on an approved leave form.

IDT Space-R (official page, not Space-A leftover): Reserve-component members may travel Space-Required to IDT with official TA / signed authorization (dates and locations). Applicable head tax/FIS fees, meal charges and excess baggage fees will be charged at check-in. That is not a published Patriot Express $41.63 and is not copied here as a Space-A PE fee.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

No. Organic / mission-dependent C-130 (mailbox C130.Reservations; 152 AW tactical airlift). No 30-day PE icon. Not on live AMC PE/AMC-terminal lists. The page’s “common destinations / AMC terminals” table is generic AMC directory HTML, not a Reno board. This FAQ does not quote live seats.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

On-base AF Inns: none. Air Force Inns directory (27 Aug 2026) has no Reno ANGB / 152 AW / Nevada ANG Base property. Do not copy Nellis AFB (Las Vegas) or a civil-airport hotel onto this row (Luke-style mixup). Official Space-A page does not name an inn or print “no billeting.” Reminder text only: travelers must have funds for commercial transportation, lodging, and other expenses. No. Nellis is Las Vegas / SPACE-A.signup@us.af.mil / (702) 652-2562. Reno is 152 AW / (775) 788-4774. Do not send anyone to Nellis lodging (AF Inns does list Nellis; it does not list Reno).

Can I use the HQ AMC 40-location form or Air Force Connect App?

No AMC-directory row and no 40-location form row for Reno. Generic template mentions Connect App / AMC sites. Verified path is the local C-130 mailbox. Do not assume the March 2026 AMC tool covers this ANG aerial port.

What does C130 in the email mean?

Mailbox 152.aw.C130.Reservations.org@us.af.mil plus 152 AW public mission identity (C-130 tactical airlift). Mission-dependent, not a PE rotator.

Where is long-term parking?

Call (775) 788-4550 / DSN 830-4550 (official). Lot and max days not published.

Do I register at a numbered passenger building?

Is 152 AW Facebook the terminal board?

IDT — is that Space-A?

Are the taxi numbers official?
