The website does not require a Pop's account or login. Saving a favorite terminal, flight, destination, location, checklist mark, signup draft, or My Medals achievement does not create a Pop's user profile and is not uploaded to Pop's merely because you saved it. Saved items stay in this browser. They are not automatically synchronized to another browser, device, or a Pop's cloud account.

Website 2.0 may store travel preferences in this browser or device only. Locally stored information is not automatically sent to Pop's merely because it is saved, and it is not synchronized between browsers or devices.

This website does not store military orders, passport images, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, eligibility documents, or signup proof files. There is no website document vault.

Closest Terminals and the homepage Terminals Near Me cell can use the browser's geolocation permission if you already allowed it, so nearby terminals can be calculated. The homepage does not ask for that permission on its own. You can type a city, state, ZIP code, airport, or address instead.

A location you choose or enter may be saved in this browser (pops_spacea_location) so the homepage, Route Map, and Closest Terminals can restore it later. Pop's does not receive that saved location as a traveler profile.

When you type a location, this browser may send that text to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and, if needed, Zippopotam.us (U.S. ZIP) or Photon to turn it into a map point. Those third parties receive the search text you entered, not a Pop's account identifier. Pop's does not operate a location-tracking account for website users.

The website loads public flight, terminal, weather, and similar files from the Pop's website host so pages can display them. Those requests are ordinary page loads, not a personal profile upload.

If you use Feedback, the website collects the topic, optional terminal, message, optional reply email, optional contact name, and whether the submission came from the Tips screen. You may attach up to three photos or screenshots. You may also allow Pop to use a separate public display name if a contribution is acknowledged later. Photos, the message, and any optional contact details are sent to Pop for review. They are saved so they can be reviewed and, when an email is supplied, answered. A submission is not published automatically. A public display name is kept only when that permission box is checked. Email is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, operational, or classified information.

If you use Pop's One-Stop Sign-Up, signup emails are opened in your own email app. Pop's does not send those emails and does not receive the saved signup draft unless you later paste it into Feedback yourself.

Official AMC pages, maps, social sites, and store listings are outside Pop's and follow their own practices.

Like most websites, the host may keep ordinary server logs such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser type, and referring page. Pop's uses that kind of hosting data to operate and troubleshoot the site, not to build a traveler account.

Pop's Space-A website pages use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Google may receive browser, device, interaction, and approximate location information through its analytics technology. This applies when you visit the website in a browser. My Medals does not add a new analytics or tracking service; achievement state stays in this browser only.

Favorites, saved flights, destinations, Route Watches, Destination Watches, checklist marks, signup history, blog read status, My Medals achievement dates, alert and match seen-state, saved signup information, app-prompt dismissal, and a saved Route Map / Closest Terminals location live in this browser's site data / local storage. Clearing only cached images and files normally does not remove them. Clearing cookies and site data, local storage, or all browsing data for this site may permanently erase those saved items and progress. Private or incognito browsing data is generally removed when that private session ends. Saved items are not copied to another browser or device.

The website and the Pop's Space-A app are related travel tools, but they do not share a Pop's user account. App-specific features such as on-device signup history or optional app notifications are described in the app's own privacy information, not copied into this website policy.
