Help Topics

Using the Website

Refreshing flight information

Check your internet connection, then refresh this page. If you opened a downloaded copy of the site, serve the folder over HTTP or load the schedule file from the Quick View page.

Finding the closest terminals

Allow location access in the browser when prompted, or enter and save a location manually. Location access is optional. You can type a city, state, ZIP code, airport code, or address.

Understanding saved information

Favorites, saved flights, destinations, watches, checklist marks, and similar items stay only in this browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices removes them.

Opening schedules and external links

Allow this website to open a new browser tab, and confirm a default browser is available. Official AMC schedule PDFs open from each terminal page.

Checking weather and travel alerts

If weather says temporarily unavailable, the shared weather file could not be read. Try again shortly and verify plans with official sources. Weather is not a Travel Alert. If travel alerts could not be loaded, try again shortly and verify notices on official AMC or State Department pages.

Clearing local website data

In your browser settings, clear data for this site. That removes favorites, saved flights, destinations, watches, checklist marks, saved signup information, and a saved location.

Using the Mobile App

Refreshing flight information

Check your internet connection, then refresh or reopen the app. Previously loaded public data may remain available with a stale-data notice.

Checking a terminal or schedule

Refresh the app and verify the information with the official passenger terminal before travel.

If something still looks off

Update to the latest app version, restart the app, and include your device type and app version when reporting the issue.
