Where is the passenger terminal?

Pease Air National Guard Base, 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803, Building 252.

Fact-sheet conflict — flagged, not silently merged: the older Space-A fact sheet says “The new building for Passenger processing at Showtime for a flight is going to be Bldg 149.” Live Space-A page wins: Building 252. Ask the desk which building that mission uses before you GPS.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The Space-A page does not name a passenger gate or VCC clock. Contact-Us / Questions pages list Public Affairs 603-430-3577 and other wing offices — not a passenger-gate list. CAC / DoD ID holders use an open vehicle-access gate. Do not invent a 24/7 civilian-airport walk-up onto the ANG ramp. Confirm access with 157 LRS via the desk/recording (603) 430-3323 before a weekend/holiday show (after-hours roll call needs prior-day intent).

After-hours / weekend / holiday: call (603) 430-3323 / DSN 852-3323 with destination and date NLT 1500 the duty day prior so a PSA can be scheduled. If nobody calls in, the flight is pulled from advertisement by 1500 the duty day prior and a roll call is not held.

Fact sheet extras (not silently merged): fax / mail / in person at Bldg 252; fax/email “any time”; in-person window Tue–Thu only; 60-day signup expiry (retirees and Guard/Reserve) or when selected / leave expires (active duty). How and when do I mark present?

Official Space-A page does use the phrase: it is recommended that passengers arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to roll call in order to mark themselves present for the flight. Remote email / AMC form is not presence.

Duty passengers: check-in at the Passenger Service Counter (immediate left when you enter the terminal). Counters open 4 hours prior. Duty passengers must be in line NLT 3 hours 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Have documents on your person.

When is roll call?

Official Space-A page: roll calls are conducted at the ticket counter 3 hours prior to departure. Workbook / FIN match. Not a roll-call PDF URL.

After-hours / weekend / holiday roll call only if intent was called in NLT 1500 the prior duty day. Fact sheet adds: time may be adjusted at the discretion of the passenger service representative. This FAQ does not copy the on-page DEPARTURES table (dates, destinations, or seat counts).

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

Duty (official page): counters 4 hours prior; in line NLT 3 hours 20 minutes. Space-A / duty standby: 3 hours prior at the ticket counter; recommend +30 minutes to mark present.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

Is there a USO, food, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers?

Not published on the Space-A page. Do not invent terminal snacks.

What documents are required?

Live Space-A page reprints Guard/Reserve eligibility (active duty >30 consecutive days vs CONUS / AK-HI-PR-USVI-Guam-American Samoa limits when not on AD; DD Form 1853 / red ID + retirement-eligibility notice for gray-area). Links DoDI 4515.13, DD Form 1853, AMC Form 140.

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Live Space-A page (wins): 2 bags per individual, 70 pounds max per bag, not to exceed 62 linear inches; one carry-on plus one personal item that must fit under any aircraft seat.

Which hours are real — 1530 or 1630?

Print both. Counter Hours of Operation: Tue–Fri 0600–1100 & 1230–1530. After-hours policy defines normal duty hours Tue–Fri 0600–1630 (intent required outside that, and on weekends/holidays). Do not invent Friday-night or Saturday office hours.

Is (603) 430-3323 the desk or the recording?

Do I have to call the day before?

Only if roll call is after duty hours or on a weekend/holiday. Intent NLT 1500 the prior duty day or no roll call. Inside Tue–Fri 0600–1630, the page says you are not required to call for intent.

Building 252 or 149?

Open-toe / heels on the KC-46?

Official page: open-toe or open-heel shoes prohibited on organic aircraft. Shoes with heels not authorized on the KC-46; allowed on other government aircraft if they have a wide base.

Disabled passengers?

Page: must be able to climb ladders, move without mechanical assistance (wheelchair or walker), and egress without impeding others. There will be times passengers cannot be accepted for safety. Fact sheet’s “escorts no longer required” language is fact-sheet-only.

Is the on-page DEPARTURES table today’s board?
