Last verified 27 August 2026. Hours, fees, and presence rules change. Confirm with this terminal’s official page before you travel. Pop’s is unofficial.

Where is the passenger terminal?

Paya Lebar Air Base, 500 Airport Road, Singapore 534392. The AMC page places the counter in the “Air Movements Center” building across the street after the pass office / security checkpoint.

Workbook / roster address matches. GPS that Airport Road / Air Movements Center pin, not a generic “Singapore” or Changi Airport pin. On the RSAF base. No published terminal-map URL on the AMC HTML.

Directions (AMC page): Turn right off Airport Road (Eastern Link) at the Paya Lebar Air Base entrance and follow signs for “Visitors and Drop off Point” / straight ahead to the Pass Office / proceed on foot through the initial base security checkpoint / follow the sidewalk after security until the street crossing; the AMC terminal is in the Air Movements Center building across the street.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

RSAF host; access is restricted. The AMC page does not name a U.S. Space-A gate. Access is approved solely by Republic of Singapore Air Force personnel.

Two access sentences on the same official HTML (print both; do not silently pick):

1. Banner: Passengers not booked on flights or on the Space Available lists 72 business hours prior to the flight will not be allowed on the installation. Contact the passenger terminal 72 hours in advance. 2. Contact-block note: Submit a Space Available request at least 3 working days in advance and confirm anticipated travel dates with pax representatives to avoid being denied entry.

Those are not the same clock. Flagged conflict on the official page. Plan to the stricter reading, then confirm with the desk which clock they are using the week you travel.

Do not assume a weekend or after-hours walk-up. CAC / DoD ID does not replace RSAF approval.

What are hours, phone, DSN, and email?

Hours (official AMC page): 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday (0700–1900 M–F). Saturday / Sunday standing hours are not printed on the HTML. Do not copy a 2023 Gram “Closed Sat/Sun” line as if it were live HTML.

Official terminal page wins as the page to open. Do not drop Verify B; it is still an official AMC directory line. Send sign-up to the address the live terminal page is showing the day you write, and print the confirmation. If the two mailboxes still disagree, treat it as unresolved.

How do I sign up for Space-A?

Email the terminal-page mailbox 730AMSDET2.Singapore.PassengerService@us.af.mil (Verify A), or use the HQ AMC Space-A email form and select Paya Lebar AB Singapore (that location is on the HQ form list). Also see Verify B above — do not assume the directory mailbox is dead or that it is a second required copy.

HQ AMC does not process sign-up. Print the completed form or confirmation and bring it. RSAF access (72 business hours / 3 working days — conflict above) is in addition to being on the list. Email sign-up is not base access.

How and when do I mark present?

The HTML does not use the phrase “mark present.” Be at the passenger terminal for roll call. Remote email is not presence. Have passports, orders, and all bags. You still need RSAF access arranged with the desk.

When is roll call?

Roll calls are conducted 3 hours prior to scheduled departure (Duty Standby & Space Available section on the AMC page).

A June 2026 Wayback capture did not href a dated roll-call PDF (72-hour and 30-day icons only). A second live-index snippet of the same URL still showed an older Paya Lebar_ROLLCALL_Monday.pptx filename. Refresh the live icons. Trends / Monday pptx files are not today’s board. All flights can change without notice.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

The HTML does not print a standing early-bird the day prior or a PE-specific NLT. Duty and Space-A roll call is 3 hours prior. Follow the 72-hour icon. Contact the terminal before you need to be on base (access clocks above).

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

The HTML destination line is not a PE city list: “Our flights serve bases in Japan and Diego Garcia exclusively.” That is a region statement, not this week’s board.

A 30-day icon is on the page. Wayback HTTP 200 16 Jun 2026 pointed that icon at Paya Lebar_PE_Nov-Dev25.pdf (filename Nov–Dec 2025). A live-index snippet of the same URL also still showed an older Paya Lebar_30DAYPE_Jan24.pptx. Both are dated products. Re-open the live 30-day / 72-hour icons; do not plan from Nov 2025 or Jan 2024 files. This FAQ does not quote live seats.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?

Not published on the official AMC HTML. Do not copy a 2023 Gram “no parking / no private vehicles on base” line as current HTML. Meet taxis off-base is a 2023 Gram lead only. Confirm with the desk.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

Not published on the AMC Paya Lebar HTML. There is no Air Force Inns property at Paya Lebar.

The NGIS page itself lists Hari Raya Puasa – Paya Lebar - 14 Miles / 22km as an area event — that is distance from Sembawang, not a shuttle. The AMC HTML does not publish a Paya Lebar ↔ Sembawang shuttle. Off-base hotels are not listed on the AMC page. No nightly rates here.

Is there a USO, food, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers?

AMC page (amenities block): free Wi-Fi, Distinguished Visitors Lounge, and a beverage vending machine (accepts SGD).

Food: “Food options are not available to passengers once on Paya Lebar Air Base.” ATMs: “No ATMs are located on Paya Lebar Air Base.”

USO, showers, and lockers are not published on the AMC HTML. Do not plan on them.

What documents are required?

Duty / space-required: government travel-office booking (TMO/SATO) for PCS/TDY/deployment as the page defines Duty Passengers, plus destination documents (passports, visas, FCG).

Space-A: DoDI 4515.13 eligibility; sign-up on the list and RSAF access coordination (see access clocks). Print the sign-up.

Singapore entry (AMC page): passports must have minimum 6-month validity. All travelers must complete the online SG Arrival Card within 3 days of arrival — immigration is not possible without it. Official ICA form linked from the AMC page: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/

Have passports on your person, not in a checked bag. Foreign Clearance Guide still applies.

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Bags (AMC page): 2 bags per person, 70 lb max and 62 linear inches each. One carry-on plus one personal item that must fit under any aircraft seat.

Fees: Not published as a PE head-tax / FIS dollar figure on the Paya HTML.

Payment: Cashless from 1 May 2024. Card only for all transactions, including excess baggage.

Can I travel with pets from here?

The AMC Paya page links the HQ AMC Pet Travel page. It does not print a Paya-specific pet-slot, kennel, or “pets not accepted” rule. You own the paperwork (microchip, shots, Singapore / destination rules). Confirm with the desk before you count on a pet space.

Which of the two emails do I use?

Do not silently pick. The terminal page prints 730AMSDET2.Singapore.PassengerService@us.af.mil (Verify A; workbook matches). The live AMC directory prints AMCSingapore.PS@us.af.mil (Verify B). Open the live AMC Paya page the day you sign up. Print whatever confirmation you get.

Is 72 business hours the same as 3 working days?

Not as written. Both sentences are on the official HTML. Flagged. Confirm with the passenger terminal which clock RSAF is enforcing.

Can I show at the gate with only a DoD ID?

Not per the page. RSAF approves access. If you are not booked or not on the Space-A list inside the printed window, you will not be allowed on the installation.

Is the terminal open Saturday for a Japan mission?

Standing Saturday hours are not printed on the AMC HTML. Hours listed are Monday–Friday 0700–1900. Use the 72-hour and call the desk (the page asks you to contact them prior to arrival).

Can I pay excess bag fees in Singapore dollars cash?

No. Cashless since 1 May 2024. Card only.

Will there be food after I clear RSAF?

No, per the page: food is not available to passengers once on Paya Lebar Air Base. Eat before you go in. Vending is beverages, SGD.

Is this a PE gateway to SeaTac or CONUS?

The HTML says Japan and Diego Garcia exclusively. Do not invent a SeaTac PE from a blog. Open the live 30-day / 72-hour. Dated Nov–Dec 2025 / Jan 2024 30-day files are not this month’s board.

Is NGIS next to the Air Movements Center?

No. Official NGIS is 295B Durban Road (Sembawang). The AMC page does not publish a shuttle.

Is (65) 9127-0315 the Space-A counter?

It is printed as 24-hour flight recording and as Cell. The Service Counter commercial line is (65) 6280-0624. DSN is (315) 227-5228 — not a commercial number.

What about the 2023 AMC Gram “48 hours prior to roll call” access note?

That Gram filename is 2023. The live HTML uses 72 business hours / 3 working days. Official HTML wins. The Gram is a dated lead only.

Six-month passport rule — is that only for Space-A?

The page states it under Singapore Entrance Requirements for travelers. Complete the SG Arrival Card within 3 days of arrival regardless. FCG still applies for your status.

Are showers or lockers in the DV lounge?

Not published. Do not plan on them.
