Where is the passenger terminal?

Street address and building number: Not published on the AMC directory row, the Patrick homepage, the phone directory, the Contact Us form, or the 45 LRS fact sheet.

AMC webpage field: No Terminal Page Available. Unofficial “970 South Patrick Dr, Bldg 820” listings are leads only and are not used. GPS a generic “Patrick SFB” pin only as a last resort; you still need installation access. Coordinates in some products are KCOF ARP, not a door pin.

Do not GPS Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and call it this passenger function.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The AMC row does not print gates. Use the official Visitor Control Center page (Wayback 5 Mar 2026 + live search 27 Aug 2026):

  • East Gate — Open 24/7, Matador St., Patrick SFB, FL. After-hours visitor passes: East Gate.
  • South Gate — 6 a.m.–8 p.m., South Patrick Dr. Official construction article: $9.7 million South Gate ECF project kicked off 27 Jan, completion expected mid-2026; South Gate remains open with one inbound and one outbound lane during construction; oversized/RVs limited. Do not invent whether that project is finished on 27 Aug 2026 — confirm on the live VCC / Public Advisories pages. Article encouraged using East Gate (SR A1A) to reduce Pineda Causeway congestion.
  • Inspection Gate — Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–noon; closed Sunday. Vehicles extending past 20 feet must use the Commercial / Inspection Gate.
  • VCC — 321-494-0427, hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; closed Saturday and Sunday. Weekend visitor-pass processing at the East Gate.
  • Cape Canaveral SFS VCC is a different installation (321-853-5261) — not this passenger function.

Trusted Traveler conflict on the same VCC HTML — do not silently pick: banner “Trusted Traveler Program Suspended – Saturday, February 28, 2026.” All visitors required to obtain a base pass even when traveling with a military ID card holder. Escort authority for unofficial visitors suspended indefinitely. Lower leftover tabs still describe Trusted Traveler as if no pass is required in the same vehicle. Treat the 28 Feb 2026 suspension banner as the current-status claim; leftover TTP tabs are dated. REAL ID (or listed alternative) required.

CAC / DoD ID holders use East Gate 24/7. A Sunday Space-A show without a pass is a planning problem if you do not already have access.

45 LRS fact sheet (unit page, not a Space-A SOP) describes an Air Terminal (AT) function and direct mission support to a biweekly B-757 to Ascension Island sole sustainment mission (26 missions annually). Jan 2026 official news (SSgt Griffith, 45 LRS air terminal operations supervisor) describes the AMC channel mission to Ascension Island (food, infrastructure, sustainment cargo). That documents a current air-terminal / channel function. Leisure Space-A seats on those Ascension missions are not independently documented. Do not plan an Ascension hop from the fact sheet as if it were a 30-day PE board. This FAQ does not quote live seats.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?
