Located on Sicily, Naval Air Station Sigonella's air terminal is a Navy-run AMC passenger facility on the Catania-Gela highway. Official Navy pages style the station as "the Hub of the Med," supporting U.S. and allied forces in the central Mediterranean. Space-A flights here are Mediterranean naval-airlift travel from eastern Sicily, not a U.S. Air Force fighter-base port. AMC lists it among EUCOM terminals.
