Where is the passenger terminal?

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The Passenger Terminal page does not print airfield-gate names. Use official Gate Hours / Visitor Information / Getting Here — do not mix those clocks with the terminal desk.

Gates (Gate Hours page):

  • Main Gate: manned 24/7
  • East Gate: manned Monday–Friday and drill weekends 0600–0800 and 1500–1700, excluding holidays
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Gate: 0830–1430; no POV traffic

Getting Here: some devices route to the East Gate (limited hours). VCC is directly to the right of the Main Gate on Pumphrey Drive. Direct VCC pin: 1303 Pumphrey Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76114. All visitors stop at the VCC before entering.

Temporary pass: military ID, driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and license plate numbers (Visitor Information). CAC / DoD ID holders use an open vehicle-access gate. A Saturday 0500 show with no pass is a planning problem: VCC is closed weekends (Main Gate still 24/7 for after-hours temporary passes). NGIS “visitors must have a sponsor” is lodging access, not a terminal SOP.

What are hours, phone, DSN, and email?

Hours (official Passenger Terminal page — wins;): Monday–Friday 0700–1600. The Passenger Terminal will open early or remain open past normal operating hours to accommodate flight schedule requirements including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Do not copy VCC 0630–1500, NGIS check-in 1600, or East Gate peaks onto the air terminal.

How and when do I mark present?

The Passenger Terminal page does not use “mark present” and does not print a show-time SOP. HQ AMC / Navy practice: be at the terminal for selection; email is not presence. Confirm the mission on (817) 782-6289 / (817) 782-6288. Have documents and bags with you. Weekend/holiday shows depend on flight-schedule opening, not the M–F 0700–1600 block alone.

When is roll call?

Not published as a standing “N hours prior” and no roll-call product URL (FIN). Do not copy an AMC 3-hour or NASNI 2-hour showtime onto Fort Worth. Use the recording 6289, representative 6288, and the APPROVED terminal Facebook (login wall typical; do not quote live posts). This FAQ does not quote live showtimes.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

No PE check-in clock (not a published PE gateway). Duty/Space-R still use the Passenger Terminal Representative (817) 782-6288. Leftover Space-A follows whatever that mission’s recording / Facebook / email says. Confirm — this FAQ did not call.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?
