Where is the passenger terminal?

133 LRS Passenger Service, 645 Minuteman Dr, St. Paul, MN 55111.

This is the 133rd Airlift Wing (Minnesota ANG), not the 934th Airlift Wing (AFRC). They share the MSP airfield. Unofficial spacea.net titles that fold this contact into “934th AW” are wrong-operator leads. AF Inns Minneapolis St Paul ARS (934 SVS, Bldg 707) is lodging, not the Space-A desk.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The Space-A page does not print gate names or gate hours. What is printed: long-term parking permits come from the front gate at any time of day, no charge, prior to the start of Roll Call.

Gatekeeper (https://www.133aw.ang.af.mil/Gatekeeper/) is for DV / E-9/O-6+ / tours / flyovers — not a Space-A walk-up SOP. Do not invent a named passenger gate from blogs. CAC / DoD ID holders use an open vehicle-access gate. A show outside 0630–1600L still has doors NLT 1 hour prior to roll call when the desk would otherwise be closed — that is not a 24/7 gate promise. Sign-up window (official page): good for the start and end of leave / eligibility, or 90 days from signup for retirees.

How and when do I mark present?

The official page does use “Marked Present.” Passengers must be marked present prior to the start of Roll Call. Anyone marked present after the start of roll call will be placed at the bottom of the Roll Call list regardless of date/time of sign-up and category.

Remote email sign-up is not presence. Be at 133 LRS Passenger Service with documents. The HTML does not print a phone-mark-present option — do not invent one.

When is roll call?

Not published as a standing “N hours prior” and no roll-call PDF URL (headings 72 Hour Schedule | Roll Call Report appear; no verified board href — Not published as a URL).

Selection is in person by category, then sign-up time. If selected, check-in may happen right after selection or later, depending on mission requirements.

Seat-release clock on the same page (not today’s board): Space-A seats are normally identified as early as 3–4 hours and as late as 30 minutes prior to departure. Check with the passenger service center for the space available show time for your flight before you leave the terminal. Be ready for immediate processing and boarding. This FAQ does not quote live showtimes.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

Not published as a PE 24-hour check-in (this is not a PE gateway). Use 0630–1600L M–F and doors NLT 1 hour prior to roll call when otherwise closed. Duty/PCS still need orders. Late after roll call starts go to the bottom of the list, not automatic boarding.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

No. Official: common flights are East and Midwest USA. Overseas flights are rare. No 30-day PE icon. C-130 organic / mission-dependent. This FAQ does not quote live seats.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?

Official Long Term Parking: All Space-A passengers leaving a vehicle behind are required to park in our long term parking area. Get a parking permit at any time of day from the front gate at no charge prior to the start of Roll Call.

Max days: not published — do not invent one. No taxi/shuttle list on the Space-A HTML.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

Space-A HTML does not name lodging. Matching Air Force Inns property:

Is there a USO, food, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers?

Official: Meals will not be offered or provided on any flight. Water will be provided on flight. Bring your own food and water bottles which can be filled up after security.

What documents are required?

Space-A: DoDI 4515.13 (page cites Section 4, Paragraph 4.1.a — no guarantee of selection; be ready to cover commercial if schedules/seats change). Signup fields above; overseas travel-ready status (required documents in-hand). Category table is printed on the page (I–VI). Valid ID; dependents’ IDs as listed for CAT VI. Duty: travel orders. Have documents on your person.

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Not published as a local 2×70 lb / linear-inch table on the Space-A HTML. Do not copy Ramstein’s bags or $41.63 PE tax. PE / head-tax fees: not published (not a PE gateway). Confirm with Passenger Service before you pack overweight.

Can I travel with pets from here?

Is this the 934th AW terminal?

No. Official operator is 133 LRS Passenger Service / 133 AW. 934th is the collocated AFRC wing; AF Inns is 934 SVS Bldg 707. spacea.net’s 934th title is a wrong-operator lead.

Doors at 0530 on a weekend?

Printed exception: doors NLT 1 hour prior to roll call during closure hours (outside 0630–1600L M–F). That is not a standing weekend desk. Confirm 2450.

Are overseas hops routine?

Official: overseas flights are rare. Common: East and Midwest USA. Not a PE rotator.

Can I country-sign “EUROPE”?

The page’s own examples include USA / GERMANY / EUROPE / JAPAN (up to five). That is this ANG page — do not import a Navy “one destination only” rule.
