Keesler Air Force Base publishes an official fact sheet for Space-A flights from Base Operations in Biloxi, Mississippi. Air Mobility Command lists Keesler as a Non-AMC CONUS location. The 81st Training Wing, Air Education and Training Command, hosts the installation on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and trains tens of thousands of students a year in technical career fields. This is a Gulf Coast training-base hop run from Base Operations, not an AMC aerial port.

Where is the passenger terminal?

Space Available Passenger Service terminal, Base Operations, H-Street, Bldg #0233, Keesler AFB, MS.

Workbook address matches. GPS Bldg 0233 / H-Street Base Operations, not a generic “Keesler AFB” or Biloxi beach pin. On base. The fact sheet does not publish a terminal-map URL.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The Space-A fact sheet does not print gate names. Use the Visitor's Center and Gate Hours fact sheet (Wayback HTTP 200 17 Apr 2026 + live search 27 Aug 2026):

  • Division Street Gate: Everyday 24/7
  • Pass Road Gate: Everyday 24/7
  • White Avenue Gate: CLOSED
  • Meadows Dr. Gate: CLOSED
  • Commercial Vehicle Gate (Bayview Avenue): Mon–Fri 6 a.m.–3 p.m.; closed weekends, AETC family days, and federal holidays — not the Space-A POV gate.

Visitor Center (Division Street): Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–3 p.m. (0600–1500); closed weekends, AETC family days, and federal holidays. Phone 228-377-3844.

After VCC hours: do not use the CAC-only VCC SharePoint; report to Division Street Gate for processing, or the sponsor meets the guest there (page also allows an after-hours email to 81sfs.s3.bdoc@us.af.mil with the listed fields). Pass and ID email is no longer monitored for access requests. REAL ID-compliant ID (or acceptable alternative) required for access starting 7 May 2025. Sponsors must be valid DoD ID cardholders (contractors / VIC / several other cards cannot sponsor). DBIDS pre-enroll is recommended; kiosk hold 1 hour.

VCC hours conflict — dedicated gate fact sheet wins: keesler.af.mil Health page still indexes older VCC clocks (0600–1630 Mon–Thu / 0600–1530 Fri / 0900–1430 Saturday). CAC / DoD ID holders use Division Street or Pass Road (24/7). A UTA Sunday Space-A show when VCC is closed is a planning problem if you do not already have access.

Hours (Space-A fact sheet — official page wins): Monday–Friday 0800–1630; also Saturday and Sunday 1030–1700 on UTA weekends. Non-UTA weekends are not in that Saturday/Sunday clock.

How do I sign up for Space-A?

Fact sheet: send AMC Form 140 to Rosco.Fairley.1.ctr@us.af.mil. AMC directory: 81OSF.81OSF.SpaceAPassengerSvc@us.af.mil. Do not silently pick. Print the sent mail. Forms remain on file 60 days or until the member flies.

The fact sheet also hyperlinks www.spacea.net and www.takeahop.com. Those are unofficial. FIN/official-source rules: leads only, never verification. Do not treat takeahop.com as an official Keesler sign-up. Use the fact-sheet / AMC mailboxes and AMC Travel Site.

HQ AMC does not process sign-up. Keesler is not on the 40-location form list. This FAQ did not call or email.

How and when do I mark present?

Not published as a local “mark present” sentence. HQ AMC: you still have to be present at the terminal for selection; email is not presence. Fact sheet: call to confirm showtimes. Have documents and bags with you at Bldg 0233.

When is roll call?

Not published as a standing “N hours prior.” Fact sheet: CALL TO CONFIRM SHOWTIMES AND SEAT AVAILABILITY. Show times on the 2025–2026 shuttle table are not copied here as today’s board. Recheck the live fact sheet / recording (228) 377-4538.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

Not published as a separate PE/duty NLT (this is not a published PE gateway). Use the published counter hours and confirm showtime with the PSA. Duty/PCS still work through TMO (Keesler Health/TMO pages list Passenger Travel numbers 228-376-8520 / 228-376-8541 at Sablich Center — that is TMO passenger travel, not the Base Ops Space-A desk 377-1259). Do not mix them.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

Not published as a Patriot Express gateway. No AMC 30-day PE icon.

The fact sheet does host “Shuttle Schedule for 2025 - 2026” as the local 30-day/planning product (URL = this fact sheet). It lists monthly Keesler rotations to Fulton County Airport, Atlanta, GA and Signature Flight, Houston, TX (Thu/Fri dates and Sunday dates in that table). That heading is 2025–2026. As of 27 Aug 2026 the printed window is at/past its end — do not treat the date list as this week’s board and do not quote seats. The page itself says dates/times/flights are subject to change and to call to confirm showtimes and seat availability. Organic / UTA shuttle, not PE.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?

Not published on the Space-A fact sheet. Do not invent a lot next to Bldg 0233. VCC “short and long term visits” language is visitor passes, not PAX long-term parking.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

Space-A fact sheet does not name lodging.

Not published on the Space-A fact sheet. No official USO center page for Keesler passenger terminal was verified. Do not plan showers, lockers, or a snack bar from unofficial directories. AF Inns / M&FRC computers are not the PAX hold-room.

What documents are required?

Fact sheet: AMC Form 140; selection by category and date/time of sign-up; form on file 60 days or until the member flies. Categories I–VI are reprinted on the fact sheet (emergency leave through retirees / 100% DAV / surviving spouses — read the live page for the full bullets).

Duty: funded orders; TMO as required. Have ID/orders on your person. Print sign-up.

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Not published on the Space-A fact sheet (no 70 lb block, no PE tax). HQ AMC / DoDI baggage rules still apply in general; this FAQ will not invent a 70 lb line as if Keesler printed it. No PE Space-A tax is published here because no PE is published here.

Can I travel with pets from here?

Not published on the Space-A fact sheet. AF Inns: contact lodging for pet rooms (lodging, not aircraft). HQ AMC Pet Travel page exists. Confirm with the PSA before you count on a pet space on a shuttle.

1259 vs 4538 vs 2120?

1259 = Passenger Service Rep (fact sheet). 4538 = Flight Info recording (fact sheet; AMC lists it unlabeled). 2120 = Directory Base Ops/Space A — flagged, not used as the PSA. Do not dial DSN (312) 597-xxxx as a cell number.

Are Saturday–Sunday 1030–1700 every weekend?

No. Fact sheet: on UTA weekends only. Non-UTA Sat/Sun are not in that clock.

Is Atlanta / Houston Patriot Express?

No. Fact sheet calls it a monthly shuttle (Fulton County / Signature Flight). Not an AMC PE 30-day rotator.

The page links spacea.net and takeahop.com — official?

No. Unofficial. Official sign-up is Form 140 to the two mailboxes above plus AMC Travel Site. Do not treat takeahop as verification.

Last updated 2022 but schedule says 2025–2026?

Yes — conflict on the same HTML. Re-open the live fact sheet. As of 27 Aug 2026 a 2025–2026 heading is at the end of its printed window. Confirm showtimes; do not use this FAQ’s memory of the date list.

Is the 30-day URL still the fact sheet?

Yes as of 27 Aug 2026 (workbook instruction: fact-sheet URL if still that).

UTA Sunday show but VCC closed weekends?

VCC is closed weekends. Division Street and Pass Road gates are 24/7. Visitors without a DoD ID need after-hours processing at Division Street with a sponsor (or the BDOC email process on the gate fact sheet). Plan it.

81 OSF “24-hour operations”?

A 2025 81 OSF news story describes 24-hour airfield/weather support for Hurricane Hunters. That is not the Space-A counter clock (0800–1630 M–F, UTA weekends 1030–1700).

Lodging 377-4900 vs 374-0088?

AF Inns prints both. Base Lodging fact sheet highlights 228-377-4900 weekdays 0730–1630. Neither is the Space-A PSA.

Is Keesler on the HQ AMC email form?

No (40-location list 27 Aug 2026). Email the two official mailboxes; do not silently pick.

Bldg 0233 vs Bldg 470 vs Sablich?

SAT: Base Ops Bldg 0233, H-Street. AF Inns: 405 Fisher St., Bldg 470. TMO Passenger Travel / M&FRC: Sablich Center. Do not GPS lodging or TMO and call it the PAX terminal.
