Incirlik Air Base near Adana, Turkey, hosts Space-A flights at an AMC passenger terminal operated by the 728th Air Mobility Squadron. Official squadron pages describe Incirlik as a traditional AMC en-route squadron and a gateway toward Central Command. The 39th Air Base Wing provides a NATO Southern Region staging airfield. This USAFE Turkey aerial port is not a fighter-wing terminal like Aviano.

Where is the passenger terminal?

AMC Incirlik Air Base Passenger Terminal, Building 500, Incirlik AB, Turkiye 09824. GPS the building, not a generic “Incirlik AB” pin. On base. The AMC page does not publish a terminal-map URL.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The AMC Incirlik page does not print gate names or gate hours. It does require, for airlift clearance: original stamped NATO orders and a Gate Pass Identification card / memorandum letter, and for Space-R: TurAF Gate Pass (Smart Card).

Do not invent a 24/7 US-style VCC from blogs. Installation access at Incirlik is a Turkish Air Force / Pass & Registration problem as well as a US one. Confirm with the Passenger Service Center before you assume a retiree can roll up at 0400. Older incirlik.af.mil features on friend/family passes are not a current hour sheet.

What are hours, phone, DSN, and email?

Directory phones 6425 / 6001 vs page 6111 / 6424 — page first. Do not publish AMC (312) as commercial; Incirlik’s printed DSN prefix is 314.

How do I sign up for Space-A?

Email the terminal mailbox (see conflict above). Do not rely on the HQ form link on this page — the page says that link is down.

HQ form dropdown (separate AMC page) still lists Incirlik AB Turkey; the form warns the terminal may not receive the mail. Print the form or confirmation. HQ AMC does not process sign-up.

How and when do I mark present?

“Please mark yourself present as soon as you report to the terminal before actual Space/A roll-call time starts.” Be travel-ready then: required docs, checked bags and carry-on, accompanying family members present. Remote email is not presence.

When is roll call?

At the AMC ticket counter, no earlier than 2 hours 20 minutes prior to departure, unless the 72-hour schedule says otherwise.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

Space-required: standard show / roll call NLT 2 hours 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Bring all checked bags, carry-on, and personal items to be weighed for a boarding pass.

Late / missed NLT: the page tells you to use the 72-hour for pre-booked and space-required NLT/roll-call times and to call the Passenger Service Center. It does not print a separate PE “counters open 24 hours prior” clock (PE service is under the 1 Oct 2025 end banner).

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

What THIS terminal page prints (do not invent a 2026 PE city):

  • Banner: PE flight service at Incirlik AB, Turkey (and Naples, Rota, Sigonella, Souda Bay) will end effective October 1, 2025.
  • Body still says Space-A travelers on a Patriot Express flight incur $40.81 per passenger for Head Tax and Federal Inspection Fee.
  • P2 on this page: no 30-day PE icon in the research set (PE ended). Organic missions, if any, are the 72-hour Flight Schedule only.

BWI (origin) note, not this page’s destination list: BWI’s AMC page by Aug 2026 prints normally scheduled PE service to Germany, Qatar, Greenland, and Kuwait. An Incirlik duty-document block present on a 14 Jun 2026 BWI capture is absent from the 5 Aug 2026 BWI capture. That is BWI’s list, not a new Incirlik PE.

incirlik.af.mil TMO: the Adana–BWI PE channel sunsets 30 Sep 2025; passengers route via commercial IAW DTR. DVIDS: last rotator left 23 Sep 2025. None of that restores a 2026 PE on this AMC terminal page. Check the live 72-hour. This FAQ does not quote seats.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?

Not published on the AMC Incirlik HTML page. Do not copy unofficial lot / max-day writeups. Call the Passenger Service Center. Do not invent a figure.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

On base (Air Force Inns, checked 27 Aug 2026):

Is there a USO, food, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers?

Not published on the AMC Incirlik page. Unofficial “USO: No” lines (spacea.net) are leads only, not verification. Do not plan on terminal showers, lockers, or a USO hold room from a blog.

What documents are required?

Have them on your person. The 16 Jun 2026 page:

Space-A: sign-up and leave forms. Eligibility under DoDI 4515.13, plus DoD Force Health Protection and the Foreign Clearance Guide.

Space-R / duty: PCS or TDY orders (terminal keeps a copy) and ID card; stamped NATO travel orders; TurAF Gate Pass (Smart Card); passports for family members.

DoD civilians: orders including no-fee passport. DoD-sponsored contractors: Line of Accounting (LOA) (country clearance by USDAO Ankara) and passport. Review APACS / FCG.

Customs / airlift clearance: original stamped NATO orders, gate-pass ID / memorandum.

Unaccompanied dependent travel into Turkey: completed Non-Command Sponsorship Letter signed by the 39th ABW Commander or Vice Commander, plus current FCG. 728 AMS unit page: dependents traveling Space-A must complete that letter 10 days prior to arrival.

If you terminate in Germany (page block): personnel stationed in Türkiye are technically in Asia and require a passport per German immigration; Europe/North Africa stationing rules differ. Leave form must list all countries visited/transited (DA Form 31 block 17 or service equivalent).

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Bags (AMC page): 2 checked bags, 70 lb, 62 linear inches each. One carry-on and one personal item; carry-on must fit under the seat and not exceed 45 linear inches.

PE Space-A fee still printed: $40.81 per passenger (Head Tax and FIS as one combined charge). That line sits on a page whose banner says PE ended 1 Oct 2025. Do not treat it as proof a PE is running; if a contracted mission still charged it, the printed figure is $40.81. Fees change.

Payment: CASH ONLY for all travel fees due to credit-card machine malfunction (banner, 16 Jun 2026 capture; still in live snippets 27 Aug 2026). Bring cash. Do not assume the machine is fixed.

Can I travel with pets from here?

The AMC Incirlik HTML does not publish a local pet-slot policy. HQ AMC: PE pets are generally PCS via TMO; organic aircraft generally do not take pets. With PE under an end banner, do not count on a kennel slot. See the AMC Pet Travel page and ask the Passenger Service Center. AF Inns Incirlik lists pet-friendly rooms — that is lodging, not a flying slot.

Is there still a PE to BWI?

This page’s banner: PE at Incirlik ended 1 Oct 2025. BWI’s Aug 2026 “normally scheduled” list does not include Incirlik. Do not book a 2026 Incirlik PE from a 2025 pamphlet or from the leftover $40.81 sentence.

Can I pay the $40.81 on a card?

No, not while the cash-only banner is up. Card machine malfunction; cash only.

Do I need a passport if I am stationed at Incirlik and going to Germany on leave?

Yes, as printed here: stationed in Türkiye = Asia for German immigration; passport required. Leave form must list every country.

What is a TurAF Gate Pass?

The page lists TurAF Gate Pass (Smart Card) among Space-R documents and a gate-pass ID/memorandum for customs. It does not explain how a Space-A retiree obtains one. That is a Pass & Registration / sponsor / FCG problem — ask the counter, do not invent a walk-up.

Is Space-A open to all categories?

The page says the program is available to DoDI 4515.13 categories and FCG / Force Health Protection. Unaccompanied dependents need the 39 ABW letter. Unofficial spacea.net “tourist Space-A not allowed without a local sponsor” is a lead only; it is not quoted as official. FCG can still close the door. Confirm with the terminal.

Which email is real — TRP.SpaceASignup or SpaceA.SignUp?

Conflict. Record both (and the 728 AMS unit-page spelling). Page signup form is broken. Print whatever confirmation you get.

Is 011-90-322-316-6111 the same as +90 322 316 6424?

Banner lists 6111/6424. Directory lists 6425/6001. Unit page lists 6424. Page service counter is 6111. Do not publish (312) 676-xxxx as a commercial number.

Are showers or a USO in Bldg 500?

Not published on the AMC page.

Where do I park?

Not published. Call the desk.

Do contractors need USDAO Ankara clearance?

Yes as printed: LOA with country clearance by USDAO Ankara, plus passport, plus FCG.
