Where is the passenger terminal?

Not published. No AMC `/Terminals/` page and no dm.af.mil page names a passenger-terminal building or street.

Do not use 2024 air-terminal-function cargo photos as a street address. Airport / installation pins are not the terminal. Unofficial “ask at Main Gate” listings are flagged unofficial.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

There is no PAX-terminal page to print a passenger gate. From dm.af.mil homepage DM Gate Hours (live search 27 Aug 2026) and About DM / Base Access fact sheet (Wayback HTTP 200 7 Jun 2026):

Closed base. Trusted Traveler remains suspended until further notice. 100% ID checks at all gates (DBIDS handheld, age 18+).

Craycroft — Monday–Sunday / 24 hours (homepage and fact-sheet table).

Visitor Center (outside Craycroft) — hours conflict across official DM pages; confirm before you show:

  • Homepage (27 Aug 2026 snippets): Monday–Friday (including down days and holidays) 0530–1900 for base passes. After hours and weekends: Craycroft IACP issues DBIDS passes.
  • Home/FactSheets Article 313060 and Newcomers library table: Monday–Friday 0530–2130 for base passes; after hours and weekends Craycroft IACP.
  • Base Access fact sheet: VCC 0530–1830 hours, all week (holidays, Goal Days, Wing Down Days included). Security Forces operate VCC 1830–0530. DBIDS passes at Craycroft IACP when VCC is closed.

0530–1830 vs 0530–1900 vs 0530–2130 is unresolved. Pass & Badge 520-228-3224 (Base Access). Newcomers table also prints Gate Operations 520-228-3200.

Not published (no terminal SOP). Do not invent hold-room amenities.

What documents are required?

Duty: Travel orders if a published mission exists — none is published. Space-A: DoDI 4515.13 would apply if a program is confirmed; it is not confirmed here. Have ID on your person for base access regardless (100% checks).

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Not published. Do not copy another terminal’s 2×70 or PE head tax.

Can I travel with pets from here?

Not published as a PAX pet-slot policy (and flights are not confirmed). AF Inns: call the desk. See the AMC Pet Travel page. Firearms cannot be stored in lodging (Base Access: dorm/lodging residents store POFA at 355 SFS Armory, not in the inn or the car).

Where are schedules posted?

Not published. No 72-hour URL, roll-call URL, 30-day URL, passenger-terminal Facebook, or AMC Gram. Homepage / 355th Wing social is not a terminal board. This FAQ does not quote live seats and does not advertise a hop.

Can I count on Space-A from Davis-Monthan?

No. Space-A flights are not currently confirmed. `space_a_flights_confirmed` stays No until an official terminal page says otherwise. Do not build an itinerary around leftover seats.

AMC still lists a phone and email — isn’t that a terminal?

AMC Non-AMC CONUS lists (520) 228-2322 / 355LRS.SpaceA@us.af.mil / webpage dm.af.mil. dm.af.mil does not reprint those as a PAX SOP. Flag as directory/workbook leads. A homepage listing is not a hop.

What about the 2024 “air terminal function” photos?

Official 6 Nov 2024 dm.af.mil story: 355 LRS air terminal function loading cargo on a C-17 (Army test / TRANSCOM). That is not a Space-A passenger program.

Unofficial reports that staff said there is no Space-A?

Unofficial (Space-A Scout-class, alleged 18 Aug 2026 staff comment) is a lead only — not verification. Official rule used here: no official terminal page → flights not confirmed. Do not quote unofficial staff comments as fact.

Is (520) 519-6000 lodging?

Dated 27 Jan 2021 article. Live AF Inns 27 Aug 2026: 520-261-4410 / 520-228-3309. Use the live pair.

VCC until 1830, 1900, or 2130?

Official pages disagree (Base Access 0530–1830 all week; homepage 0530–1900 M–F; fact-sheet table 0530–2130 M–F). Confirm with 520-228-3224 / Gate Ops 520-228-3200. After hours, Craycroft IACP is the published pass point.

Trusted Traveler with my sponsor?

Suspended. 100% ID checks. Visitors still process at VCC. VHIC holders (effective 2 Dec 2024 on Base Access): no longer authorized to sponsor guests using VHIC status; escort rules are separate and require VCC enrollment.

S. Wilmot as a shortcut?

Do not. Homepage: inbound commercial only. Fact sheet: closed for construction (8 Aug 24). Not your POV gate.

Can I dial (312) 228-2322?

No. AMC DSN (312) 228-2322 is not commercial. Directory commercial lead is (520) 228-2322 — and even that is unverified on a terminal page.

Base operator 520-228-1110 for Space-A?

No. Contact-Us directory assistance / PA. Not a PAX SOP number.

Is this a Patriot Express terminal?

No on official HTML, and flights are not confirmed.
