The 153d Airlift Wing Passenger Terminal in Cheyenne is the Wyoming Air National Guard’s official Space-A function. The Wyoming Military Department publishes a traveler page for the terminal on the Cheyenne installation. Official wing history places the Guard at Cheyenne Municipal Airport, flying C-130 Hercules aircraft and, since 1975, Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System aerial-firefighting missions that continue today. Space-A flights here are an ANG passenger-terminal service on a civilian airfield, not an AMC gateway.

Where is the passenger terminal?

153d AW Passenger Terminal, 217 Dell Range Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001, Bldg. 37 | Rm 146. Workbook street matches. GPS Bldg 37 / 217 Dell Range Blvd, not a generic Cheyenne Regional (KCYS) civil-terminal pin and not F.E. Warren AFB. No separate terminal-map URL.

How do I get on base / which gate should I use?

The passenger-terminal page does not print gate names or gate hours. Do not invent a named gate from blogs. CAC / DoD ID holders use an open vehicle-access gate. Retirees and dependents without current installation access should not assume a weekend walk-up (SAT–SUN CLOSED). A pause-day visit is sign-up / installation access, not a flight show. Confirm with the terminal email before you drive. This FAQ did not call or email.

What are hours, phone, DSN, and email?

Hours (official passenger-terminal page — wins; workbook traveler_advisory matches): MON–FRI 0700–1100 | SAT–SUN CLOSED.

Workbook APPROVED hours_of_operation cell is blank; traveler_advisory carries the clock. Print the conflict; official HTML wins.

Official passenger-terminal page wins. Directory (312) 388-6128 is a different DSN subscriber (6128 vs 6964) and uses the AMC 312 prefix. Do not publish (312) as a commercial number. There is no published 307 (or other) commercial PAX line on the SOP page. Workbook commercial_phone is blank — matches the SOP.

Cheyenne is absent from the live AMC directory (27 Aug 2026), so there is no AMC commercial row to reprint.

How do I sign up for Space-A?

Email is a contact address, not a published remote-signup path. All categories must bring AMC Form 140 on travel day. HQ AMC does not process this location. Cheyenne is not on the HQ AMC 40-location form and is not on the live AMC directory. Do not assume the March 2026 AMC Self-Signup Tool covers this ANG terminal. This FAQ did not call or email.

During the training pause: the page still prints sign-up details. That is not a flight board and is not a promise that October 2026 missions are posted.

How and when do I mark present?

The page does not use the phrase “mark present.” STEP 3: TRAVEL READY — all required documentation and all accompanying family/group members must be present at showtime. Check-in at the PAX counter at the showtime given to you. After check-in, remain in the holding area until the aircraft is ready for loading; NO PASSENGER WILL PROCEED ON THEIR OWN. Remote email is not presence.

When is roll call?

Not published as a standing “N hours prior” and no roll-call URL.

Official: once signed up, the PAX terminal contacts you with available flights and show times. The earliest time to receive details on a Space-A flight is 72 hours before showtime. That is SOP language, not a 72-hour schedule URL.

Until October 2026: official notice — no flights. Do not invent showtimes.

When should duty / PE passengers check in?

Not published as a separate PE 24-hour clock (not a PE gateway). Show at the showtime given to you. Duty/PCS still work through orders / TMO.

Does this terminal operate Patriot Express flights? If yes, to where?

No. No 30-day PE icon. Not on live AMC PE/AMC-terminal lists. Aircraft type is not printed on the passenger-terminal HTML — do not invent a rotator. No flights until October 2026. This FAQ does not quote live seats.

Where is short-term and long-term parking, max days, and pass rules?

Official Tips for Success: All vehicles must be parked in long-term parking before checking in. Lot name, short-term split, and max days: not published. Do not invent a limit.

What lodging is nearby on-base and off-base?

On-base AF Inns: none. Air Force Inns directory (27 Aug 2026) has no Cheyenne ANGB / 153 AW / Wyoming ANG property. Do not copy F.E. Warren, Peterson SFB, or AF Academy onto this row. Official PAX page does not name an inn.

Off-base: Not listed on the passenger-terminal HTML. No rates.

Is there a USO, food, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers?

Not published. Official holding-area language is a control rule, not an amenities list. Do not invent a snack bar.

What documents are required?

Official category block (still on the page). ALL CATEGORIES must bring AMC Form 140 on travel day. Children under age 14 without a dependent card MUST bring a birth certificate.

  • Cat 1: Emergency Leave Unfunded Travel
  • Cat 2: EML (Active Duty and accompanied dependents)
  • Cat 3: Active Duty/AGR — CAC and AF Form 988; dependents allowed (dependent cards or birth certificates under 14)
  • Cat 4: Unaccompanied dependents on EML, or sponsor deployed 30–364 consecutive days; DoDS teachers on EML during summer
  • Cat 5: Unaccompanied command-sponsored and non-command-sponsored dependents, PTDY (non-house-hunting), students — letter in possession at all times (link on the page)
  • Cat 6: Traditional Guard/Reserve — ID Card and DD Form 1853; or Retired Active Duty/AGR (ID; dependents need IDs; dependent cannot travel alone); or Retired Guard/Reserve under 60 (ID, no dependents, CONUS to CONUS/US territories including Hawaii and Alaska); or Retired Guard/Reserve over 60 (ID; dependents may accompany; can travel anywhere); or 100% DAV with USID “100% DAV” affiliation (dependents same).

Have documents on your person. Do not pack passports in a checked bag.

What are baggage limits and Space-A/PE fees if published?

Official luggage block:

  • Checked: 2 pieces per passenger, up to 70 lb and 62 linear inches (L+W+H) each.
  • Carry-on: one 45 linear inch hand-carried item, plus one personal item (cosmetic case, purse, or briefcase). Oversized carry-ons count as checked bags.
  • Allowances may be limited by smaller-size aircraft. Check with passenger service agents.

PE / head-tax fees: not published (not a PE gateway). Do not copy another terminal’s $41.63.

Can I travel with pets from here?

What is the commercial phone?

Not published on the SOP. DSN 388-6964 only. Directory (312) 388-6128 is not the SOP commercial and is a different subscriber. Never dial or print (312) as commercial.

Is this F.E. Warren AFB?

No. Warren is the adjacent Air Force Global Strike Command installation. This row is 153d AW / Cheyenne ANGB, Bldg 37 Rm 146. Do not mix lodging, gates, or phones.

Why 72 hours if there is no 72-hour URL?

That is when the desk says it will first pass flight/show details after you are on the log — not a published PDF board.

90-day list during the pause?

The page still describes the Space-A Sign Up Log / 90-day standby list. That is not a promise of October seats. Confirm in person during 0700–1100 weekdays.

Closed-toe shoes?

Yes. Official tips: appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes must be worn on the aircraft.

Where do I park the car before check-in?

Long-term parking (official). Lot and max days not published.

Is Cheyenne on the AMC directory or 40-location form?

No (live AMC table 27 Aug 2026; 40-location form absent). Use the wyomilitary.wyo.gov passenger-terminal page.

Is there AF Inns on Cheyenne ANGB?

No matching property on af.dodlodging.net (27 Aug 2026). Do not send travelers to Peterson or AF Academy inns.

After I land, then what?

Official: go to the destination PAX counter and sign up for the return. You are responsible for arrangements to get home. DoD is not obligated to continue or return you.
